  • A mug of sweet tea (preferably black).

The powder is added to warm tea, it is drunk for a week 3 times a day after meals. Traditional healers recommend eating raw ginger tuber to increase pressure, a small piece is enough. For taste, it can be eaten with honey or sprinkled with a little sugar.

Contraindications

Naturally, the use of the product is prohibited in case of allergies or individual intolerance to individual components. It is not recommended to use the plant while taking medications, especially those that affect blood pressure. It is forbidden to drink tea when transferred:
